How to Recommend other Services
Introduction
As a Support Engineer, you will often get folks who reach out who either don’t have the technical skills to use our product or who are asking about use cases that are beyond the scope of our product. Common examples are folks looking for a browser-based transcription service or translation. This playbook will include suggested recommendations for common topics we might need to provide a recommendation for.
Procedures
If someone reaches out about something that is beyond the scope of our product, kindly explain that we don’t have that feature or service and then offer a recommendation for someone who can provide that service if possible.
Note: Some of the resources below use our API. Anytime we can recommend one of our customers as a solution that is a win-win for both of us.
